Sarah S. (Mason) Clark, 94 of Kelker Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania peacefully passed from this life into eternal life on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Sarah was born on March 1, 1925 to the late Thomas L. Mason, Sr. and Blanche (Scott) Mason and was the widow of the late Sylvester Clark.
Sarah received her formal education in the Steelton and Harrisburg School Districts, having graduated from John Harris High School in 1942. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team, doing word search puzzles and watching Live P.D.
During her working career, she was employed at the Olmstead Air Force Base in Middletown, Pennsylvania and the Navy Ships Parts Control Center in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania from which she retired after 30 years of dedicated service.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Sidney E., Thomas L., Jr., and David A. Mason, sisters, Eulalia B. Mitchem and Musetta J. Mason, and daughter, Sylvia E. Strawn.
Sarah leaves to celebrate her life and memory, a daughter, Sheila M. Lewis (Norman), a granddaughter, Danielle L. Guess, a grandson, Richard C. Guess, Jr., a great-grandson, Christian D. Lamon, nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
