Akia Bell

Akia Bell 34, of Harrisburg passed peacefully on October 23, 2021, at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She is the daughter of Ronetta Bell-Boyd and John H. Miller.

Akia was a Graduate of Harrisburg High School attended Bethel AME Church, Green Castle and Bridge of Faith where she loved to praise God. She enjoyed listening to gospel music, knitting, crocheting, dancing and was always using her cell phone. Akia loved a good meal especially ribs, macaroni & cheese. She most of all loved her family, taking care of her nieces and nephews.

Akia is preceded by maternal grandparents, Shirley Bell, Ronald Bell, and stepfather James Boyd. Along with her parents, she is survived by sibling; Doniesha Bell, Donal Bowie, Ka’Ron Boyd, nieces, and nephews; Caden Bell, Zhynia Moore, Zhymarion Tyler, Selandra Bell, Zhamir bell, Grayson Whitter, Kinmori Boyd, other step siblings and a host of relatives and friends.

Social distancing and wearing of mark are required at ALL times, even if fully vaccinated.
