Akita Laneke Washington 37 of Lower Paxton, passed peacefully at home with the comfort of family and friends on Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Akita was a sales manager at AT&T, a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church, a devoted wife to Andre Howerton, mother of Deijohn, Deivonte Washington and Andre Howerton Jr. She is also survived by her siblings Dawnetta and Carlos Washington and God Sister Tanisha Bailey with a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. on Thursday December 30^th, 2010 at 11a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m., burial in Paxtang Cemetery.
