It is with deep sorrow that we come together to celebrate the life of Alan J. Haulman, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend. Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on October 22, 1965, Alan touched many lives with his warm spirit before his passing on April 30, 2025. His life was a testament to his deep commitment to his community and his cherished family.

A proud graduate of Cumberland Valley High School, Alan pursued his entrepreneurial dreams by opening Al's Pizza & Pub in June 1985. This cherished local establishment became more than just a restaurant; it was a place where generations connected, drawn by its delicious food and welcoming nature. Alan's infectious laughter, immense generosity, and unwavering spirit made him a source of love and joy for all who knew him.

On July 11, 1987, Alan found his soulmate, Deborah, and they would be married 3 years later on April 22, 1990, embarking on a life filled with love and laughter, making it to celebrate 35 years of marriage. Alan leaves behind his loving wife, Deborah; his 3 beautiful children, daughter and best friend Mikala Anderson, her loving husband Omar, and their precious newborn son, Amaro Alan Amor Anderson. He is also survived by his son, who followed in his footsteps by becoming Alan's business partner, Bret Haulman, and his children Roslynne, Vin, and Adisenne Haulman; his eldest son, who also followed in Alan's footsteps. Michael Johnson, his loving wife Cindy, and their children Eric, Jazmine, Malachi, and Alyssa Johnson, Alan will be dearly missed by his lovely sister Diane Reisinger and her husband Dan, his beautiful mother-in-law Sandy Spadafore, and his loving sister-in-law Tracy Spadafore, as well as his wonderful nephews and nieces: Corey, Jonathan, Jenny, Taryn, Michael Jr., Lauren, and Jordan. Each of his family members carries forward his legacy of love and strength, keeping his spirit alive in their hearts. His absence will be deeply felt by all of them.

Alan was preceded in death by his father, James Haulman, his mother, Helen Haulman, his father-in-law, Vincent Spadafore; his sister-in-law, Terri Sprenkle, and his brother-in-law, Michael Spadafore.

As we reflect on Alan's life, we remember the beauty he brought into the world - the laughter he inspired, the joy he spread, and the love that surrounded everyone fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace, and may his memory continue to guide us through moments of sorrow.

As we remember Alan, we invite you to share your stories, laughter, and tears, ensuring that his spirit remains in our hearts forever.

The family has chosen to hold a private Home Going Ceremony to honor Alan's memory. They extend their heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming love and support received through cards, texts, flowers, and calls.

Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.
