Alicia C. Dalton

Alicia C. Dalton, 65 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on Monday, May 30, 2016 in Harrisburg Hospital. She was the daughter of Alice and the late John Barbee and predeceased by her husband Larry Dalton, siblings John Barbee Jr. and Arrianna Confer. Alicia retired with 36 years of service with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Department of Treasury. She was a member of Goodwin Memorial Baptist Church; an Usher, Hospitality, Tree of Life and the Woman’s Fellowship Ministries. Alicia enjoyed the High Energy water aerobics class with Central PA Fitness and was a quilter with the African American Quilter’s Gathering. She is also survived by her daughter Rashanda Dalton of Hawaii, siblings Alphonso and Latasha Barbee, grandson Emmanuel Harris and a host of other relatives and friends.
