With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life so beautifully lived, we celebrate the life and cherish the memory of Alicia Ann Williams, who peacefully entered eternal rest on August 3, 2026, at the age of 55, in the comfort of her home.

Born on December 29, 1971, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Alicia was the cherished daughter of Margaret Sharp and Leslie Williams. She attended William Penn High School before dedicating her professional life to home health care, where her compassion, patience, and servant's heart became a source of comfort to so many. Caring for others was never simply her occupation. It was her calling. She believed that love was best expressed through service, and she spent her life caring for others with the same tenderness and selflessness she so freely gave to those she loved most.

Alicia possessed a rare kind of love, one that expected nothing in return and was given freely to everyone fortunate enough to know her. She was a woman of unwavering strength, remarkable generosity, and quiet grace. Her home was more than a place to live. It was a sanctuary where family gathered, laughter echoed, burdens were shared, and everyone who entered was welcomed with open arms. She had an extraordinary gift for making people feel safe, valued, and loved. Her kindness was genuine, her compassion was endless, and her heart was large enough to embrace anyone who needed comfort, encouragement, or simply someone to believe in them.

To her children, she was their greatest protector, their safest place, and their constant source of unconditional love. To her family, she was the one who showed up without hesitation. To her friends, she was a trusted confidante whose loyalty never wavered. Her presence brought peace, her words brought hope, and her love left an imprint that time will never erase.

Alicia leaves to cherish her precious memory her beloved children, Courtney Slade, Charlicia Slade, Charkeisha Slade, and Charles Slade.

She is also lovingly survived by her sisters, Delores Williams, Carmella Williams, Pepper Williams-House (Tyra), Melissa Downing (Mark), Leslie Thames (Erven), Riketta Meade, Mozelle Wilson, and Theresa Wilson; her brothers, George Sharp (Debra), Ronald Chambers (Genie), Darnell Henderson (Tori), and Vance Henderson; her devoted longtime partner, Tonya McCollum; and a host of cherished nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by her love.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Brian Pendleton; her sister, Sandra Sharp; and her loving parents, Margaret Sharp and Leslie Williams.

Although our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing that a love as genuine as Alicia's never truly fades. It lives on in every lesson she taught, every embrace she gave, every act of kindness she showed, and every memory that will forever be treasured by those who knew and loved her.

Some lives are measured by the number of years they are given. Alicia's life will forever be remembered by the countless hearts she touched, the compassion she extended, the strength she embodied, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Her legacy will continue to shine through her children, her family, and every person whose life became brighter because she was a part of it.

Though Alicia's earthly journey has come to an end, the light of her life will never be extinguished. It will continue to shine through the memories she created, the love she nurtured, and the countless lives she forever changed. Her memory will remain a blessing, her legacy an inspiration, and her love an everlasting gift to all who were privileged to know her.

Rest peacefully, Alicia. Your love was your greatest gift, your kindness was your greatest strength, and your legacy will live on forever in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love you.
