Anthony P. Stinney

Anthony P. Stinney, 62 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on Friday, December 18, 2020. Anthony was the son of Percey Williams and Thelma Stinney and was reared in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Anthony had worked for Fresh Express, NRA, the National Recovery Agency in collections and also at PHEEA in the collection department. He enjoyed playing chess, a good game of pool and watching his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles. Anthony will be missed dearly by his brother Preston Stinney, his best friend Don Urrutia, Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.
