Carlotta E. McCoy

Carlotta E. McCoy, devoted mother of Michael R. McCoy, wife Judith, and loving grandmother to Michael Jr. and Dawn McCoy of Chestnut Street in Harrisburg, formerly of Philadelphia passed peacefully October 19th in Harrisburg Hospital. Carlotta was a member of the Reeve Memorial Church in Philadelphia, she was also a Deaconess, Trustee, Ruth Guild member and Volunteer and Board member to the Presbyterian Hospital. She loved theater, traveling and the arts. Her siblings Spencer J. Carter Jr. and Dorothy E. Gough predeceased Carlotta. A host of other relatives and friends have survived her. A memorial service is being planned for Carlotta and will be announced in a future issue of the newspaper.
