Upon graduating from John Harris High School, she enlisted in the United States Army for a short time in 1994. In 2002 She married her best friend and soul mate the late Andrew Brown.

Cellaneece was a devoted member of Emanuel Church of God and Christ, Harrisburg, PA under the pastorate of Bishop David M. Screven. She was always willing to share her talents and help anywhere she could.

Cellaneece was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed working with the people in her community, often spearheading fundraising projects -- most notably Andrew Brown's annual block party that raised money for scholarships and school supplies for kids in honor of her late.
