Charlotte Y. Chaplin
Charlotte Y. Chaplin, 49 of Hershey passed suddenly on Thursday, May 23, 2019. She is the daughter of Belinda Gaines. Charlotte was a member of Healing Center International COGIC, she enjoyed zumba, jump rope, shopping and music. Charlotte is survived by Kevin Martin Sr., her mother Belinda Gaines, her children; Kevin E. Martin Jr., Kenneth D. Martin, Shania C. Chaplin and Kyle Martin, her siblings; Sabrina Rock and Shanton Chaplin, 13 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
