Claire G. Whyte

Claire Gwendolyn Whyte, 101 of Harrisburg passed peacefully with her family at her side on Sunday, May 31, 2015. She was a seamstress who loved crocheting, baking and babysitting. Mrs. Whyte leaves to mourn her devoted children, Nerissa Daley, Leroy Gunning and Baby Dee predeceased her, also leaving Nolan Gunning, Vincent Nelson, Hycenth Nickle, Winfield Whyte, Mazie and son-in-law Headley Smiley; 21 grandchildren, great-grand, great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
