Dean Allen Foster

Retired Detective Dean Allen Foster, 69 of Phoenix, AZ passed peacefully on April 23, 2015. He was the son of the late James A. Foster Sr., and Janie Thomas Butler. He retired from the Harrisburg Police after 27 years of service and was an 8 year Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Dean was a former member of Faith Chapel COGIC and a member of First Institutional Baptist Church in Phoenix, AZ. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, cooking and horseback riding. He is survived by his wife Linda M. Foster; children: Crystal, Andre, Dean Jr., John, Quames and Clayton Foster; brother: James (Pamela) Foster and a host of extended family and friends.
