Elvis W. Mucker, Jr

Elvis W. Mucker Jr., 89 of Harrisburg passed peacefully at Community General on December 25, 2012. He was the son of the late Elvis Mucker, Sr. and Hattie Rawlings Mucker. Elvis was a Supervisor for the Mechanicsburg Naval Defense, United States Navy Veteran, member of Bethel Village AME Church; Steward Emeritus, Usher Board, Kitchen Ministry, Men's Choir and a member of the Bowling League. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Mucker and daughter June Mucker Clements Bailey. He leaves to celebrate his life a daughter Rita Rose of Harrisburg, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and host of relatives and friends. Service will be held at his church 1721 N. 5^th Street, Friday, January 4, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. with viewing at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be Tuesday, January 8, 2013, 9:00 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
