Ethel L. Marcus

Ethel L. Marcus, 58 of Harrisburg, passed Monday, May 14, 2012 in Harrisburg Hospital. Ethel retired from Polyclinic Hospital as an LPN, working in Medical Records. She was a member of the ELKS, End-Time Handmaidens, she enjoyed arts and crafts; flowers and cooking. She leaves her husband Willie Marcus Jr., her children; Lynette Washington, William Brown II, Aaron Brown, Johnnie Cherry and Jacqueline Hearn all of Harrisburg, siblings; Gillen McKinney of NC, Yvonne Pearson and James Dickey, Jr. of Harrisburg, Tyrone and Giovanna Dickey both of Steelton, Sandra Dickey of TX, Fredrick McKinney and Michael Dickey of Harrisburg; 19 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Services will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., viewing 10:00 a.m., Elks Service at 10:30 a.m. at The Temple Of The New Beginning, 1527 State Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103; burial following services at William Howard Day Cemetery.
