Con gran pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Ortencia Torres Coronel, quien nació el 19 de febrero de 1938. Hija de Julio Torres y Rosario Coronel, Ortencia fue una mujer de profunda fe y devoción - amante de Dios y la Virgen Maria. 

Ortencia falleció el 16 de mayo de 2024, dejando un legado de amor y espiritualidad que será recordado por todos aquellos que la conocieron. Ella tuvo na hermoso muerte, rodeada de tanto amor por parte de su familia, quienes la acompañaron con cariño y apoyo constante. 

La misa en su honor se celebrará el lunes, 20 de mayo, a las 11 a.m. en la Iglesia de San Francisco de Asís en Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Únanse con la familia para honrar su vida y su legado el domingo.

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Ortencia Torres Coronel, who was born on February 19, 1938. Daughter of Julio Torres and Rosario Coronel, Ortencia was a woman of deep faith and devotion, a lover of God and the Virgin Mary.

Ortencia passed away on May 16, 2024, leaving a legacy of love and spirituality that will be remembered by all who knew her. She had a beautiful death, surrounded by so much love from her family, who accompanied her with constant care and support.

A Mass in her honor will be held on Monday, May 20, at 11 a.m. at Saint Francis of Assisi Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Please join her family to honor her life and legacy on Sunday.
