James C. Neely
James “Jimmie†Neely, 64 of Harrisburg passed peacefully on October 10, 2017. He was an Air Force veteran; the son of the late Lorraine Neely, graduated from John Harris and was self employed working in construction and concrete for over 30 years. James loved fishing; working with his hands, a supporter of the Clydesdale horses and was an avid Steelers fan. James is survived by a host of relatives and friends
