James worshipped at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He leaves his children; Sharell, Joyce, Stacey and Angela, his siblings; Beverly, Lois and Richard. Services at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. on Wednesday, Dec 16, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., viewing at 8:30 a.m., burial Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. All COVID 19 restrictions will be in place, services are invitation only and Live Streaming available at www.hooperfuneral.com
