Jordan Patrick Hart

Jordan Patrick Hart, age 30, passed away on June 5, 2025. Though his life included many trials, he spent his final years becoming a man of gentleness, humility, and quiet strength.

Born in Romania in 1994, Jordan was adopted at the age of six by Patrick and Patricia Hart, who loved him deeply and unconditionally. His childhood was marked by great care and love as his family is filled with wonderful memories of Jordan's growing years.

In the last few years, those closest to him witnessed a remarkable change—a softening, a steadiness, a lightness that came from a life renewed. He lived simply and sincerely, becoming a man others could depend on. He had a quiet way of making people feel seen.

He is survived by his loving parents, Patrick and Patricia Hart; his sisters Kate Del Rio, Emily Jancic, Grace Cecilia, and Anna Paulling, along with their husbands and children; and many others who cherished him.

Our hearts are heavy, but we rest knowing that Jordan is finally “home.” We rejoice that his worries are over and that he’s surrounded with love in the presence of Jesus. Jordan was learning what it meant to walk in freedom and grace, and we trust that he is now fully free in the arms of our loving Savior. We will meet him again.

A Celebration of Life & Luncheon will be held on June 26,2025 at 11 AM at Life Center Ministries - 411 S 40th ST, Harrisburg, Pa.
