Joyce Vu, 60, of Middletown, is now at peace. Her battle with cancer came to an end on her terms, opting to support emerging forms of cancer therapy in place of chemotherapy. She died on November14th, her 60th birthday, at the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice.
She was born November 14th, 1958, in Harrisburg, PA, to the late John and Geraldine Ball. She was also proceeded in death by her husband, Hung Vu.
Surviving are her elder sisters, Judy Brady and Janice Ball; her eldest son Jeremie Vu, and his wife Diana Robinson; her youngest son Darrell Vu; and many extended family.
Throughout her life, she had a big heart, and believed in the causes supporting the marginalized and unfortunate, as well as the preservation of the environment.
Her *Green* burial will be private in accordance with her wishes.
