Juan M. Carter

Juan M. Carter, 54 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully at UPMC Harrisburg on November 25, 2020. Juan was the son of  David Tennant and the late Mamie Wallace. Juan was a generous and kind man, he had a big heart and helped many in need. He supplied food for the homeless and would often take the time to listen to their stories. Juan was a Staff Representative for AFSCME Council # 13, serving in several capacities for over 8 years. Juan enjoyed watching his team the Philadelphia Eagles, gardening, playing his sax, but most importantly he loved his wife Lisa. He also leaves his children, his siblings and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
