Julius W. Garrett

Deacon Julius W. Garrett Sr., 91 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on Monday, February 1, 2016. Julius was predeceased by his wife, Eva Garrett, whom he adored and two children; Elvira and David Garrett. Julius was one of the best known piano tuners in Central Pennsylvania. He worked with many celebrities and was a piano tuner for more than 60 years. Deacon Garrett loved the Lord, many knew him through his work and many came to Christ through his Ministry of Music. He leaves his children; Patricia Garrett Thomas of Hummelstown, PA and Julius W. Garrett Jr., (Beatrice) of Fredericksburg, VA, three generations of grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
