Keith E. Lawson

Keith Eric Lawson, 62 of Oberlin, Pennsylvania, passed peacefully on Saturday, July 8th 2023. Keith was born in Harrisburg, PA and the son of Roosevelt Lawson Jr. and the late Sharon Ann Lawson. Keith graduated from Vo-Tech School where he went on to pursue a career in the trade of plumbing. Keith became one of Harrisburg’s first well-known Black Entrepreneur Master Plumber Tradesmen.

Keith was a very active community member with involvement in providing guidance and encouragement in helping individuals achieve a second chance. In his spare time, Keith enjoyed watching BET movies, listening to R&B, Soul Music and being a Dallas Cowboy Fan. Keith also enjoyed hanging out and cracking jokes with family and friends.

In addition to his mother, Keith was predeceased by grandparents, Roosevelt and Tessie Mae Lawson Sr, his nieces Devina Warren and Sabrina Lawson, and his stepson William Henry Thornton Jr. He leaves to mourn his special lady in life, Celeste Donaldson, daughters Mariah Lawson and Semone` Lincoln-Donaldson, stepchildren Shaunte Sloan-Ambush and Nakia Sloane Ritter, his brothers, Roosevelt Lawson III, Ronald Lawson Sr., John David (Gloria) Lawson, and Dr. SherrieAnn (Penelton) Clark, his god-daughter McKenzie Alston and a host of other relatives and friends.
