Kenneth L. Stowell Jr

Kenneth L. Stowell Jr., Vietnam Veteran, retiree of the Capitol Police devoted husband to Deborah, loving father to Andre McClea, Dawn Maxwell, Arnett and Vanita Johnson, sibling to Daniel Finley, with eight grandchildren passed peacefully Thursday in his 59th year. Celebrations of his life will be in the Mt. Calvary Church of God in Christ Wednesday at 11AM with final glimpses at 10. The Hooper Memorial Home Inc. will complete his final transition to the Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The family requests in lieu of flowers send memorial contributions to the Church at 1830 North 5th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
