Kipsigis W. Rowe

KIPSIGIS  ROWE (Kip), departed Sunday, October 29, 2023 in Etters, Pennsylvania. Kipsigis Rowe son of the late Kenneth L. Rowe and Donita Rowe was born March 7, 1978 in Baltimore, Maryland. Kip grew up in Etters, Pennsylvania.  He recently worked at ES3 in York. Kip was united in Matrimony to  Jasmattie (Shelly) Persaud on January 29, 2022. His wild, untamed adventurous spirit will be forever cherished in the lives of his son Nacier Snyder Rowe, Faneza Allie (daughter), Daniel Thorpe (son), Thea (grand daughter); Mother: Donita Rowe; Sisters: Tunisia Weedon (Rau-Ru)  Nikki Quinn (Reggie); Aunt: Michelle Henderson-Jones (Late Egbert), Uncles: Philip Rowe (Faye), William Henderson JR (Angie), Ricky Henderson and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
