Loretta Turner

Loretta A. Turner, 66, of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on July 17, 2024. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Loretta was born and raised in Harrisburg, PA.

Loretta leaves behind her three sons, Louis, Ray, and Mark (Auzsha) Turner; four brothers, Stephen, Douglas, Sammy Vaughan and Lawrence Love (Petri); one sister, Jemille Vaughan; and seven grandchildren, Meilani, Steven III, Naomi, Amos, Anayah, Jael, and Zariel. She was predeceased by her father, Lawrence Vaughan; mother, Janet Vaughan; husband, Steven Turner; and eldest son, Steven Turner II.

Loretta loved to sew clothing and make clothes for her grandchildren. In her pastime, she also enjoyed reading books and was a spark in game nights with the family. Loretta was always a positive and inspiring influence to all who crossed her path, and she will be missed.
