Patsy Lou Handy

Patsy Lou Handy, 81 of Harrisburg, transition from this life to eternal life on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at home surrounded by her love ones. Patsy was the daughter of the late Allen and Mildred Zeigler and was born in Halifax, Pennsylvania.

Patsy enjoyed spending time with her family and loved on her grandchildren. She also enjoyed games of chance including poker and going to the casino. Patsy also liked scrap booking, ancestry and traveling.

Patsy leaves to celebrate her life and memory her devoted husband, Reginald Lee Handy, son John Madden, daughter in-law Bridget Madden along with her grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
