Vest Sr. and Betty Jane (Thompson) Vest. Percy loved to watch Western Cowboy movies, and thoroughly enjoyed traveling. Percy leaves to celebrate his life his daughter Monica Shelton, brother Derek Palm, and grand children Justin Shelton, Khadijah Lewis-Shelton, Jovan Shelton, Jordan Shelton, and many friends and loved ones.
