Ruby E. Reid

Ruby E. Reid, 83 of Harrisburg passed peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Colonial Park Care Center. She is preceded by her parents, husband Melbourne Reid, 2 children; Anophry Reid and Marjorie Reid.

She was born in Jamaica, West Indies Islands and worked as a seamstress for over 30 years. Ruby enjoyed wrestling, reading gossip magazines, French movies with English sub titles, and cooking, especially Jamaican food. She loved her family and raised 5 of her grandchildren.

Ruby is survived by children; Anthony Reid, Desmond Reid, Yvonne Bayley (George), and Melbourne Reid, 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
