Twame “Ty” Evans Jabarge, 24 departed this life on November 13, 2015. He was educated in the Harrisburg School District and employed by REM. Surviving are his parents John Patrick Washington and Lavette Alberta Jackson of Harrisburg, siblings; Juijuan Williams (York), Shafai Evans, Jasmine Washington, Johnelle Washington, Shaurice Evans and Twindell Evans all of Harrisburg.
