Walter L. Yellock

Walter L. Yellock, 81 of Edgemont (Harrisburg), passed peacefully on October 3rd, 2018. He was the son of the late Otis Yellock and Mollie Wilkerson and widow of Jannie Yellock, predeceased siblings; Henry, Jimmy, Desmond, Alonzo, Dealie, Carrie and Gloria Hairston. Walter worked in construction with 40 years of service and retired from Novinger’s Construction. He served at Antioch Tabernacle United Church as a Greeter, enjoyed fishing and working in the Community Garden on Elmerton Ave. He leaves behind his children; Janie Forney, Walter, Mamie, Betty, Robert Sr, Robbin and David Yellock Sr, siblings; Clara Elliott, Joann Fulp, Meegie Wheat, Johnnie Yellock and Samuel Hairston, 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a host or relatives and friends.
