Sheila L. Phillips

Sheila Louvinia Germaine-Phillips a-k-a  "Bunny" to the immediate family and close friends was born September 4, 1964 to the late Myrna and Clifford E. Germain. She was raised by Adam and Craggie Kraft in New York, New York.

Sheila moved to Harrisburg Pennsylvania in her teenage years where she attended William Penn and John Harris High School. She returned to New York in her 12th grade year and graduated from Satellite Academy. Upon her return to Harrisburg she attended Keystone Technical School and was working on her Bachelors Degree. Sheila was very involved in political views and worked for the House of Representatives for many years. Her last employment was with Christiana Hospital which is where she also transitioned into rest on January 4, 2020.

Sheila was baptized in Buckeystown, Maryland and later attended St. Matthews Baptist Church in NY, NY at a very early age, she's always had a strong spiritual belief. Sheila "Bunny" leaves to mourn and also celebrate her life her husband Daymeon Phillips, Children Dwayne Coates and Brandi Thompson. Sisters Alta Kraft and Khadya Kraft of New York, and Deborah Turner of Harrisburg, PA. Brothers, Hiram Kraft of Philadelphia, Clifford Germaine Jr. of Harrisburg Pa., and is preceded in death by her eldest Brother Omar Kraft of New York. 6 Grand Children, Jahkai Thompson, Jahkayla and Jahkerra Brown, Jayden Germaine, and Jahloni  and Khaloni Thompson. God Son Tyreek Lewis, and a host of Nieces and Nephews, 4 great nieces and nephews, her "daughter", friend, confidant, and shadow Zanab Kraft and her "Sister" and Best Friend Regina Young  and many other close friends and relatives.
