Sherry L. Boswell

Sherry Lynette Boswell was born On September 26th, 1967 to Samuel Arnold Jones King and Lois Mae Boswell-Johnson.

Sherry transitioned from this life to the next on September 14th, 2019 while at Hershey Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Sherry was a product of Harrisburg School District. She continued on to become a licensed cosmetologist and often did hair and make up for family and friends.

Sherry was also a former employee of Dauphin Manor where she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 10 years. Sherry then went on to retire from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation where she worked as a Clerk 3 Typist for 15 years.

The things Sherry enjoyed most in this life was spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as traveling with her husband. In her down time Sherry would watch CNN and home building shows. She also enjoyed sketching and crocheting. Sherry was a member of True Worshippers Ministries where she was the associate treasurer and supported the food bank ministry.

In February of 2015 Sherry became the recipient of a Total Artificial Heart (TAH). Which allowed her family to continue to be blessed with her presence for the last four and a half years.

Sherry was preceded in death by her father Samuel A.J. King, her step-mother Bertha King. She leaves to mourn her husband Paul Jones Lewis, her mother Lois Mae Boswell, her son Deanell Boswell, daughters Juanita Boswell Dudley and Latrisha Boswell Dudley.  Her siblings Samuel Beasley, Weldon King (Vita), Gloria Thompson (Melvin), Bradley Boswell (Andrea), Ronald Harper (Jessica), Angela Harper (James), Glenn Harper, Arnold Harper, Aundrice Beasley, William Harper, Samantha King and her step-mother Shirley Clemson. Her grandchildren Malachi, Genesis,  Zipporah, Anae-Lynette,  Pierce, Deanell Jr., Zachariah, Christian, Leila and Aubrielle and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
